Below is a sort-of exhaustive list of all ombc domains I've been able to find.

Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council

Oldham Council gets an entry on this list primarily as I receive email that should be sent to them instead. Though having seen their simple 20-odd field contact form I can understand why some folk would rather try their luck with my three field one!

The OMBC List

I compiled this list by doing some Google searches, and a rather tedious trawl through Wikipedia's domain name lists. Most of the "hits" from my automated GetHostByName search yielded redirects to domain parking pages. Anything that resolved (i.e. "hit") got WHOISed, and anything left after that got onto the list. A mere 16 hits out of over 1500 domains inspected.
